The Imperative for Public Resistance and Mass Mobilization

The continuous erosion of Imran Khan’s health, coupled with the state’s refusal to grant basic human and medical rights, leaves the public with only one viable recourse: direct, peaceful mass mobilization. Relying on delayed court hearings, biased official medical reports, or an idle provincial leadership has proven entirely ineffective. When the state demonstrates that it will disregard judicial orders and fundamental human rights, public silence becomes passive acceptance.

The current crisis is no longer just about one political party or one leader; it is about the total collapse of basic constitutional guarantees. If a former Prime Minister can be systematically isolated, denied independent medical care, and subjected to health-threatening conditions without consequence, no citizen possesses any real rights. The legal avenues have been deliberately clogged with procedural delays to buy time while his health deteriorates further.
